A.I. Predicts buccaneers 2024 season

In today’s world of technology and in entertainment, artificial intelligence is everywhere. It’s also the most controversial and potentially dangerous tool that can be used to influence people’s opinions and beliefs by way of strong visual representation, disregarding any actual context for how it’s created.

That concept works for PFF. So, let’s have some fun with it.

I asked Google’s Gemini A.I. chatbot to predict the Buccaneers’ 2024 season. Here’s one of the drafts it came up with.

While there are some logical explanations for most of the games and key factors of the season, the most concerning issue is the prediction of Mike Evans missing any games. For that, I almost threw my computer out of the window and issued a permanent ban on Google from my life. But after reassessing, I remembered this all for entertainment. Also, the revenge win against the 49ers, and the sweep of the Divisional-favorite Failcons earned some points back.

Otherwise, one could argue that this is a dead-on and best-case scenario for the BUCS. This prediction would likely have the team not only playing meaningful football in December but into the Playoffs.

Home Record 7-2

Divisional Record 5-1

Against 2023 Playoff Teams 1-5

What do you think of Gemini’s outlook on the BUCS’ season? And how does it hold up to the other season predictions you’ve seen so far?? Leave a comment below.
